If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call our Customer Services Department for your Return Authorization Number before returning items: (770) 923-2522.
Please prepay shipping; we do not accept CODs. Custom orders are not returnable, unless the mistake is our error.
Upon receipt of the returned items Micron Meters will determine if you are entitled to a full credit, equal exchange, or your money back.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
1. All Merchandise Returns Require a Returns Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
2. To obtain an RMA Call (770) 923-2522 or use the Contact page to request the RMA by email.
3. You will need your Order Number, Product Item Number and Reason for Return.
4. All New Merchandise must be in the original package and in resale condition.
5. All Defective Merchandise will be handled on a per incident basis.
6. Once an RMA has been issued the items must be returned within 7 days with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

RETURNING ITEMS FOR SERVICE, REPAIR OR CALIBRATION
1. All Items Returned for Service, Repair or Calibration Require a Service Authorization Number (SAN).
2. To obtain an SAN Call (770) 923-2522 or use the Contact page to request the SAN by email.
3. You will need to provide us with the types of Items along with a brief description of the type of service you are requesting.
4. Once an SAN has been issued the items must be returned within 7 days with the SAN clearly marked on the outside of the box.
